Technical Issues
Some of the pictures show up as a "broken image" icon.
What is the problem?
The images option may be turned off in your browser or
something might have interrupted the loading of the page. It may also be
the case that the version of the Internet browser you are using cannot display some of
the image types used to create these pages.
How can I obtain newer browser software?
Generally, you will want to use either Netscape
4.51 or Internet Explorer 4.0 or above (on a Macintosh, Netscape 4.51 or
Internet Explorer 5.0 or above).
